Submit your entry meeting the award category criteria to the Meridian Awards Entries between January 13 and March 14, 2010, and you may win one of 6 award packages that include:
- One Free Pass to attend Insights 2010 User Conference at the Intercontinental Hotel in Miami, Florida (May 12-14, 2010) (valued at $995)
- Three nights accommodations at the Intercontinental Hotel(approximate value $600.00)
- Free Roundtrip coach airfare for the winner to and from Insights 2010 (up to $750.00 value for residents of North America; up to $1,000.00 value for residents outside of North America)

Environmental Impact Award
Entries will be rated based on how well you met the following criteria using Pitney Bowes Business Insight technology:
- Foster environmental stewardship by protecting the environment, managing natural resources and/or benefiting the organization or community.
- Showed evidence of positive impact of technology in terms of environmental, social and economic benefits that may include (but are not limited to) environmental stewardship, wildlife protection, managing natural resources, climate change, waste reduction, open space conservation, water quality protection or reducing carbon footprint.
Organizational Impact Award
Entries will be rated based on how well you met the following criteria using Pitney Bowes Business Insight technology:
- Improved productivity, profitability, efficiency and customer satisfaction resulting in a big impact for your organization
- Showcased the ability to break down internal organizational barriers by sharing critical technical information across the company
- Identified other business units that may benefit from technical innovations in other ways, outside of their areas of responsibility
- Proactively collaborated across the organization to find solutions that would cut costs, improve operations, and better serve their customers
Technical Achievement Award
Entries will be rated based on how well you met one or more of the following criteria using Pitney Bowes Business Insight technology:
- Extended the use of the technology beyond the standard feature sets
- Created a highly scalable and/or highly available application
- Pushed the limits of the technology to create an optimal user experience
- Implemented a technically innovative solution
- Integrated seamlessly with other products
Unique and Unusual Award
Entries will be rated based on how well you met the following criteria using Pitney Bowes Business Insight technology:
- Implemented a unique or unusual application using the technology (e.g. tracking butterflies in Mexico, managing bike paths in the Amazon or mapping the brain etc). Are you doing something really cool? Enter now and tell us about it.
People’s Choice Award
One winner will be selected from all entries, chosen by the popular votes of participants’ co-workers, friends and colleagues.
